
Our client, a leading network service provider in India wanted to determine the impact of Mobile Network Portability services after its launch in India in January 2011.
Solution:We designed a questionnaire after taking necessary inputs from the client get the desired result. We picked up samples from all the states as the target geography was PAN India. The questionnaire was constructed in such a manner to bring out the areas dissatisfaction that usually triggers the decision to churn a service provider. We conducted telephonic interviews with the decision makers to find out if they have any plans to churn their existing service provider under the MNP scheme and reasons if they are doing or not doing so. We were able to complete the required no. of interviews on time despite the steep deadline given by the client.
The Result:We completed the study within the given timelines adhering to the high standards of quality in database collection. The findings of the study provided meaningful insights to the client, high satisfaction level of the client is simply evident by the fact that client came back to us within a fortnight of sharing the findings with an offer to carry out similar studies for different states in India.
